Shipping & Delivery
1. Shipping & Delivery
At DaRousso.com, we provide different shipping options both for national and international orders. The delivery charges are automatically calculated and different options are displayed at the checkout based on your given address, the volume and the weight of the order.
2. Order Status & Tracking
All orders placed from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) will be processed and shipped within 3 working days upon confirmation of payment. A confirmation will be sent for all orders once the order has been confirmed.
Local Deliveries — Greece
Showroom Pick Up
Free of charge. The customer can pick up the order from our Showroom. An appointment must be scheduled for the order pickup.
Standard Hellenic Post Office Pick Up
Free for all local orders when certain criteria are met (subject to change). Approximately 5 working days for delivery. The package is delivered to your local Hellenic Post Office — you will be notified when it is available for pickup. This option does not include delivery to the customer's address.
Standard Hellenic Post Shipping
Available at an additional charge calculated automatically at checkout based on weight and volume. Approximately 5 working days. Delivery to the customer's address. A tracking number will be provided via email.
Courier Shipping by UPS
Available at additional charge. Approximately 1–3 working days. Delivery to the customer's address. UPS offers the service of rescheduling the delivery for your convenience.
International Deliveries
Hellenic Post Office
Available at an additional charge calculated at checkout. EU countries: approximately 5–10 working days. Rest of the world: approximately 7–14 working days. Please note that tracking data may not be available at all times for deliveries outside Greece while in transit.
Courier Shipping by UPS
Available at additional charge. EU countries: approximately 3–5 working days. Rest of the world: approximately 5–7 working days. UPS offers the service of rescheduling the delivery for your convenience.
Free shipping is currently not available for international orders.
3. Taxes, Duties & Tariffs
For all international orders, you will need to pay for all import taxes, duties and tariffs (if any) as per your country's governing laws in order to clear customs. For European Union countries there are no extra charges. For other countries extra charges may apply.
4. Mode of Payments
We accept payments via VISA / Mastercard credit and debit cards, direct bank transfer and PayPal. We do not accept payments by cheques.
